The Easy Way To Make Gluten-Free Energy Balls

The Easy Way To Make Gluten-Free Energy Balls

In need of a pick-me-up or a boost of energy in between meals?

Here at The Zero Gluten Baker, we can't get enough of In the Nood - the simple and easy way to make delicious energy balls packed full of goodness.

In the Nood paste is completely gluten and dairy-free. It's also incredibly easy to transform the paste into appetising energy balls by following these steps:

1. Remove the paste from the bag and soften in your hands. You can always pop it in the microwave for a few seconds to help!

2. At this stage you can add any extras to the paste. You can add pretty much anything, from dried fruit to nuts to protein powder to superfoods. We like to go for oats, nuts, dates and chia seeds - delicious!

3. Split the paste up and roll into small balls. You can shape the balls into any size you like, but we always try and get as many as possible out of the paste so that they last longer!

4. Pop the balls in the fridge for around 20 minutes to chill. They'll still be delicious for up to two weeks.
